🛒 Order & Process
How do I get a portrait art preview? How long does it take?
There are two ways to get a preview—before or after purchase—and either way, your money is safe:

After purchase: Upload your photo and place your order. A watermarked preview will be sent to your inbox within 1–24 hours. If you’re not happy with the result, you’re eligible for a full refund.

Before purchase: Upload your photo and leave your email address in the live chat, requesting a preview. If we're online, we'll send it immediately; if not, within 24 hours.
📸 Photo Requirements
What kind of photo should I upload?
For the best results, please upload a clear, front-facing photo taken in natural light.
✅ Neutral expression (avoid exaggerated faces)
✅ Glasses and bangs are fine
❌ No hats, hands, or anything covering the face
❌ No heavy makeup – natural or light makeup works best
✅ High resolution – sharp, unfiltered, not blurry or pixelated
What image formats do you accept?
We accept JPEG, JPG, PNG, SVG, TIFF, and TIF files.
Can I upload several photos and let you choose?
Yes! If you’re unsure which photo works best, feel free to upload 2 images—we’ll choose the most suitable one for the portrait artwork.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How will I receive my digital artwork?
Your digital portrait will be delivered to your email within 1-24 hours.
Do you ship physical products internationally?
Currently, we ship physical products only within the United States. More regions coming soon!
Is express delivery available?
At the moment, we only offer standard delivery (4–8 business days after shipping). Express shipping will be available soon.
🔐 Usage & Copyright
Are my photos safe?
Absolutely. We use your image only to create your artwork. Once your order is completed or canceled, your photo and artwork are permanently deleted from our system.
Will you post my artwork on social media or your website?
Never without your permission. Your privacy matters to us.

What kind of artwork can I use?
We believe art is deeply personal—so anything meaningful to you counts!
You can use:
– Children’s drawings
– Your own artwork
– Pet portraits
– Handprints and footprints
– Scribbles, doodles, and more
– Your or your little one’s face
Can I upload a photo of a drawing instead of a scan?
Yes! You can upload a photo of the drawing. We’ll enhance it to look like it was scanned. If you prefer, you can also upload a scanned image.
Can multiple artworks be combined into one keepsake?
Yes, absolutely! You can combine multiple drawings into one product. You can upload a pre-combined image or contact us via live chat if you'd like help from our designer.

Will I see a preview before production?
– For print products, you’ll see a live preview on the product page after uploading the drawing.
– For embroidery products, we’ll send a preview via email within 1-24 hours of your order.
How will my child’s artwork be enhanced for printing?
We automatically remove the background to ensure a clean and professional look. You also have the option to add a white outline for extra contrast—just select it on the product page if you like the style. Before printing, we enhance the resolution and clarity to make sure the final result looks vibrant and polished.

🚚 Shipping & Production
How long does it take to make and ship a keepsake?
– Processing time: 1–3 business days (embroidery products proof confirmation time not included)
– Shipping time: 4–8 business days
Can I include a gift note or message?
Yes! You can leave a gift note or message on the cart page before checkout.
