At ArtTransformers, every order is custom-crafted and delivered with care.

🌍 Where We Ship

Digital Products (Photo to Portrait):

We proudly serve customers worldwide with our custom digital portraits. No matter where you are, you can place an order and receive your artwork via email.

Physical Products:

At this time, we only ship physical products within the United States.
The vast majority of our products are made and shipped from within the U.S. for fast, reliable delivery. Note: Our trucker cap is the only exception—it’s made and shipped from Canada, and may take 5–15 business days to arrive.

📦 Shipping Times & Rates

Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days
Economy shipping starts at $3.99 (calculated at checkout)
Shipped via DHL eCommerce Parcel Ground, with full tracking

⏱️ Processing Time

We offer 3 kinds of products, each with a different processing flow:

1. Photo to Portrait Products

You’ll receive a digital proof for approval before production begins.
The processing clock starts after your approval.
Once approved, your custom piece will be produced and shipped within 1–3 business days.
The sooner you approve, the sooner we can deliver!

2. Art to Keepsake Products

Printed Products with Live Preview:
Your design is finalized live—no proof is sent.
Production starts immediately and the product typically ships within 1–3 business days.
Embroidered Products:
We’ll send you a digital proof for approval before embroidery begins.
Once approved, your item will be ready to ship in 1–3 business days.

3. Digital Files Only

Your custom file will be delivered via email within 24 hours, no shipping needed.

📦 Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages if items are produced at different locations. This ensures the fastest delivery possible.

📬 Tracking & Support

You'll receive an email with a tracking number and link once your order ships.
