At ArtTransformers, each item is custom-made with care — designed just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies for different product types to ensure clarity and fairness.

1. Photo-to-Portrait Products

Digital Files:

  • We’ll send you a proof with watermark for approval before delivering the final file.

  • If you’re not satisfied with the style or result, you may request a style change or choose to cancel the order for a full refund.

  • Once you approve the proof and receive the final file, the order is non-refundable.

Printed Canvas (Physical Product):

  • You may cancel the order before confirming the digital proof.

  • After you approve the proof and we begin production, the order is considered final and non-refundable due to its personalized nature.

2. Art-to-Keepsake Products 

These items are custom-crafted based on your submitted art (e.g., kid’s drawings, handprints, pet photos).

  • You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.

  • After the 4-hour window, we begin processing your custom item, and the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right — by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
