At ArtTransformers, every item is custom-made with care — designed just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies for each category:


1. Photo-to-Portrait Products

  • Digital Files

    • We’ll send you a watermarked proof for approval before delivering the final file.

    • If you’re not satisfied with the style or result, you may request a style change or cancel for a full refund.

    • Once you approve the proof and receive the final file, the order is non-refundable.

  • Printed Physical Products

    • You may cancel your order before approving the digital proof.

    • After you approve the proof and we start production, the order becomes final and non-refundable.


2. Art-to-Keepsake Products

  • Cancel within 4 hours of placing the order.

  • After 4 hours, we begin processing and the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.


3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
